Regional Case Mix Director

Information is power-the more patient information a dynamic team of caretakers can gather, the better care they can provide! The objective of the Regional Case Mix Director is to assist assigned facilities to understand, implement and enhance the Case Mix system in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Full-time benefits start on the first day of the month following your start date!

• Plans and facilitates meeting and committees to address facility employee education
• Visits facilities at regular intervals as needed.

• Ideal candidate must be a skilled communicator, director and motivator. Able to organize and prioritize many tasks effectively.
• 5 years of nursing experience as an RN with primary focus in long term care. Multi-site experience is required.
• Must have current, unencumbered RN license in state of practice.
• Minimum of  five years management experience in long term care.
• Experience in MDS completion, RAI experience, case mix reimbursement with reimbursement impact, and OIG survey process.
• Proficiency in ICD-10 coding experience is required.
• Must have good computer skills
• Must be able to travel extensively by air or car in assigned area; Some overnight travel is required.
