The Regional Administrator is responsible for overseeing all of the administrative and business operations aspects of the Primary Care practice.
Responsibilities
Account and relationship management: increase building penetration, serve as the key contact for the leaders for all facilities in your region, and engage with patients and/or families to facilitate issue resolution
Provides outstanding customer service to all clients, patients, and families
Creates and manages provider facility coverage and 24/7 call schedules for all practitioners in the assigned region
Proactively problem solve with all key partners to support retention, recruitment, and operational efficiency
Executes on regional business, growth, and value-based strategies for respective operations
Ensures polices and best practices are up to industry standards and government regulations
Partners with Regional Clinical Director to facilitate practitioner productivity and quality audit performance management process
Creates account access, track credentialing process, manage collaborative agreements, and facilitate the intake process for new patients
Manages the expense, reimbursement, and payroll processes
Establishes and implements effective workplace procedures
Ensures support of any state or federal surveys
Monitors inventory and organize for supply orders
Qualifications
Bachelorβs degree in a related field
Prior supervisory and administrative experience in a healthcare field
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively communicate with Practitioners, office personnel, and patients
Computer literacy and knowledge of relevant healthcare and administrative software
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Organizational and time management skills
Financial and accounting skills
Strong leadership, motivation, training, and goal-setting skills
Understand health and safety standards and medical terminology
Ability to travel up to 10%
