Utilities Crew Chief
City of TomballThe City of Tomball is accepting applications for the position of Utilities Crew Chief. This position will supervise over a utility crew, guiding them in the installation, construction, repair, and maintenance of the City-owned water, sewer, and gas utility facilities. As an experienced professional, the Crew Chief is entrusted with critical decision-making responsibilities, emphasizing job safety, efficient task completion and work order and records reporting.

Education and Experience - An equivalent combination of education, training and experience will be considered. |
Education High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
Experience Minimum of 2 years previous relevant work experience is required.
Certifications Natural Gas Poly Welding Certification preferred and Natural Gas Operator Qualified preferred.
Licensing Class A CDL Preferred, TCEQ Class "C" Water & Wastewater licenses required or ability to obtain both within 6 months of hire date.
SALARY:
Hiring range - $53,373- $56,035 ($25.66 - $26.94)
Salary range - $53,373 - $80,038
