Description

They listen to customers, their teams, stakeholders, SMEs across the empire while always considering the overall strategy of Caesars when they are creating, prioritizing, and sometimes negotiating items their team’s backlogs and roadmaps. Sr. Product Directors are natural leaders who inspire and deliver.

We’re seeking a strategic, delivery-focused Sr. Product Director to lead our Customer Registration, KYC/Identity, and Player Account Management (PAM) capabilities. You’ll own the end-to-end player journey—from account creation through verified status and ongoing account servicing—delivering a frictionless, compliant, and personalized experience in a highly regulated environment.

This position sits at the intersection of Growth, Compliance, Risk, Fraud, Payments, Marketing/Martech, Engineering, Data Science, UX Research, and Customer Operations. You’ll define the product strategy and roadmap, lead a team of Product Managers, and drive measurable impact across growth, trust, and operational efficiency.



Responsibilities
  • Lead the product strategy and roadmap for Registration & Onboarding, Identity Verification (KYC) and Player Account Lifecycle Management (PAM)
  • Integrate AI/ML into onboarding and account operations (e.g., risk scoring, document verification, anomaly detection, personalized flows, LLM powered support)
  • Build a collaborative team culture that encourages open communication, innovation and career growth while holding Product Managers accountable and striving for excellence
  • Translate customer research, regulatory updates, and market insights into clear priorities and scalable solutions
  • Champion a customer first, research driven culture while balancing risk/fraud and regulatory constraints
  • Cultivate strategic alignment across Growth, Risk, Compliance, Fraud, Payments, Engineering, Data Science, UX, Marketing, and Customer Operations teams
  • Build, monitor and communicate results of real-time visibility into funnel health and account outcomes (dashboards, leading indicators, anomaly detection, alerting)
  • Combine qualitative and quantitative inputs (UX research, usability tests, VOC, cohort and funnel analytics) to identify high leverage product improvements
  • Your ownership, vision, and ability to deliver will directly impact several KPIs such as
    • Acquisition & Onboarding performance
    • Registration conversion rate
    • KYC/Identity pass rates (first time pass focus)
    • Funnel drop-off and abandonment reduction
    • Time to verified account
    • Account suspension rate
    • Self-service resolution rate
    • Onboarding & Account Servicing NPS/CSAT
    • Regulatory & risk accuracy (KYC/AML/fraud controls)
  • Lead vendor strategy & orchestration (KYC/IDV, fraud tooling, risk decisioning platforms), including performance management
  • Communicate clear, data backed recommendations and tradeoffs to senior leadership


Qualifications
  • 8+ years in years developing successful digital products, including 3+ years managing Product Managers
  • Experience designing, launching and optimizing large-scale onboarding and identity verification (KYC) products in highly regulated (AML) digital industries (e.g., online gaming, fintech, banking, payments, identity)
  • Expertise in creating and maintaining roadmaps, while also training direct reports on best practices
  • Ability to write descriptive narratives which demonstrate your knowledge of the problem, strategies, risks, and data which helped formulate the proposed solution or feature
  • Track record of leading and delivering large-scale products from conception through to completion 
  • Proven ability to engage Data Scientists and ML teams on predictive or automated capabilities
  • Experience in Agile software product delivery, preferably in a scrum setting using Jira  
  • Expertise in funnel analytics, experimentation, and data-driven product development
  • Executive level communication and storytelling to offer effective updates and streamline communication to a broad audience

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience with vendor orchestration, model monitoring, and risk decisioning platforms
  • Background building platform capabilities (rules engines, feature stores, experimentation frameworks)

The salary range for this position is $150,000.00 - $212,750.00 USD, which is dependent on a several factors including relevant experience, geography, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k)-matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid Flexible Time Off and paid company holidays.
