Medical Director – Full-Time Psychiatrist (MD)
Location: Pinewood Springs (with optional coverage at Franklin Clinic)
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Call: One Weekend per Month
Salary Range: $360,000 – $385,000+ (Additional compensation available for expanded responsibilities)

Position Overview:
Ally Psychiatry is seeking a full-time Medical Director (MD) to lead psychiatric services at Pinewood Springs. This leadership role offers an opportunity to shape inpatient behavioral health care while maintaining a balanced schedule and working with a strong clinical team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as Medical Director for Pinewood Springs, overseeing clinical operations and psychiatric care
   
• Provide direct psychiatric services to patients in an inpatient setting
   
• Participate in weekend call coverage one weekend per month
   
• (Optional) Expand role to include outpatient coverage at our Franklin Clinic, with additional compensation based on scope

 Qualifications:

• MD or DO with Board Certification/Eligibility in Psychiatry  
• Eligible for medical licensure in Tennessee  
• Prior leadership experience preferred but not required  
• Strong clinical, collaborative, and organizational skills
