The Position:
Mountain Land Physical Therapy, is hiring a friendly, organized, and tech-savvy Patient Care Coordinator (Front Desk / Medical Receptionist) to join our outpatient physical therapy clinic in Caldwell. In this patient-facing role, youβll manage scheduling and payment collection while creating a welcoming, efficient experience from check-in to check-out. We provide complete training and mentorship, so this is a great fit for both experienced front office candidates and those new to healthcare.
What Youβll Do:
- Greet and check in patients, creating a friendly and professional first impression
- Manage provider schedules using our scheduling software
- Collect co-pays, co-insurance, deductibles, and private payments at time of service
- Answer phones and respond to emails with excellent customer service
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality in all patient interaction
- Keep the front desk and waiting area organized, efficient, and welcoming
- Assist with administrative tasks and accurate patient information updates as needed
What Weβre Looking For:
- Front office, medical receptionist, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience preferred
- Comfortable using computers (Microsoft Office) and learning new software quickly
- Strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
- Friendly, team-oriented, professional demeanor
- Willingness to learn and grow in a healthcare setting
