Exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced medical team within a growing federally qualified community health center. HealthFirst Family Care Center, Inc. “The Heart of Our Community” provides comprehensive services including adult/pediatric medical care, health education, health assessment and screenings, gynecology, cardiology, behavioral health, substance use treatment, and adult/pediatric dental care.
Director of IT and EMR Summary:
The Director of Information Technology and EMR reports to HealthFirst’s Chief Operating Officer. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: development of an infrastructure that provides an integrated technical environment which ensures effectiveness and continuity of services through strategic planning, organizing and directing, monitoring and evaluating HealthFirst’s technology and telephone systems, overseeing the network, hardware, software applications, EMR systems, licensing and maintenance needs, management of the IT staff, and providing initial and ongoing training to all users on Epic.
Schedule: Mon – Fri: 7:30am – 4:00pm
Pay Range: $94,000 – $113,000 annually
*The pay range represents HealthFirst’s good faith estimate for this role at the time of posting, in compliance with applicable laws. Final compensation will be determined based on several factors such as relevant experience, education, skills, internal equity, market conditions, and budget considerations. Candidates with less direct experience may be placed at the lower end of the range, while those with more significant or specialized experience may be considered at the higher end.
