Director of Engineering

Compensation: $115,640 - $140,000
The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program

Executes PM/PdM/CM programs via CMMS

· Leads troubleshooting and root cause analysis

· Coordinates outages and shutdown activities

· Supervises maintenance teams and vendor execution

· Oversees mailroom/shipping operations

7+ years engineering experience

· Strong troubleshooting and systems knowledge

· Experience with CMMS systems

· Relevant trade certifications preferred

· OSHA certification preferred
